Indian Tata Motors company announced a new car over the weekend: the Nano. It’s cheap, and meant to be consumed by the “common man” in India. While Detroit’s auto makers are failing, and Sweden’s Saab appears to be even worse off, Tata is so far putting its best foot forward and hoping a cheap product will yield significant profit.
